Watch my diet
Suddenly, I realised that I have been eating junk food. Have I forgotton about living healthy - more fruits, more vegs, more fish and less meat? Have I forgotton about my painful experiences that I have underwent 3 operations? Oh no! Time to wake up and watch my diet again! From now on, more vit C & E, more fruits, more vegs, more fish and less red meat!

I've been thinking similarly too; not only eating healthy, but exercising too. =P
